BIZ STARTUP
Website Redesign & Brand Strategy

BizStartup is a local storefront and online company that provides services to entrepreneurs, current business owners, and other citizens in need of legal documents. The purpose of this project was to update their current website to enhance the user experience while accurately represent their BizStartup brand.
USER FLOW
This website was created to automate the process that BizStartup offers in their store and over the phone. This was accomplished by the download-able PDF product the user purchases, which includes a link and a password for the form that the user fills out themselves and then submits to BizStartup’s database.
DESIGN
WIRE FRAMES
After establishing user flows, a series of wire frames were created to determine the most effective visual design. BizStartup’s previous website was text heavy and cluttered, which created a poor user experience.
FINAL PRODUCT
The goal of automating BizStartup’s customer service and intake system was successful while keeping their company standard of being personable and continuously putting their customers first.
